Domain Manager
Some useful information regarding your domain manager:
A. How do I access my domain manager?
During your first order, you receive a mail with the access codes for your domain manager.
These access codes consist of a login and a password. The login is the mail address you used during your first order, and the password is a random combination of letters and numbers.
You may change your password by clicking ‘Client info’ in your domain manager.
B. I used a wrong mail address during registration
In case you used a wrong mail address during registration, and you have not paid your order yet, then just place a new order with the correct mail address.
In case you paid your order, then mail (info@register.be) or fax us (+32 (0)2 247 37 01) or send us a letter (E-Zone NV Verdunstraat 742, B-1130 Brussel, Belgium) with a copy of your ID card and indicating the correct mail address.
C. Can I switch my domain name to another domain manager?
If you want to switch your domain name to another domain manager, send us a mail indicating the mail address of the owner of the domain name and the mail address of the new domain manager.
Register.be will send a confirmation request to both mail addresses before the transfer can take place.
D. Can I manage several domain names with 1 domain manager?
Yes, your domain manager can manage an unlimited number of domain names individually, with just one login and password.
You may, however, create several domain managers in order to manage your domain names in groups.
ATTENTION:
Each domain manager requires another mail address as login.
