Why do I get the error: "Your SIEVE script failed" ?

Mailsite uses the name "Sieve script" for all possible filters which might be used when a mail is received.

The main type of filter that can cause this is the spamfilter. Other type of filters are specific client filters or general mailserver filters.

This problem has been reported to Mailsite but no quickfix has been found. We continue to work with our software vendor to solve this issue.
