Do you offer glue records?
Send us a mail if you want Register.eu to configure your glue records.
For your information:
Glue records are used when your name server is located in the same zone as your domain name.
A glue record is an A-record wich specifies the address of your server.
Example:
Your domain: mydomain.com
Name server (DNS) for your domain: ns.mydomain.com
The NS-record is the same, but you also need the following A-record: domainofmychoice.com and the name servers ns.domainofmychoice.com.
You need to create a subdomain 'ns.domainofmychoice.com' to wich you link the IP address.
As soon as this IP address is propagated troughout the internet, you can configure the DNS as 'ns.domainofmychoice.com' for your domain name 'domainofmychoice.com'.
Your domain needs at least 2 name servers.
